Where organizational science meets operational reality.
Operant Horizons LLC is a South Dakota-based applied organizational research and consulting business. We study the relationship between people, leadership, systems, and performance—particularly in demanding, safety-sensitive environments.
Founded by Bryson Maryott, the company draws on graduate education in industrial-organizational psychology, ongoing doctoral study in organizational leadership, and extensive experience in railroad operations and frontline supervision.
Operant Horizons was established in 2026. The founder's prior professional experience is distinct from the company's contract past performance.
